Frequently Asked Q's
Where are you based?
We operate out of Melbourne, Australia, serving our partners in the EU, UK, US and here in our native country of ‘Straya.
What's your project minimum?
Our projects typically begin with a commitment of $5,000 (AUD). This can vary based on the type and timeframe of the work required. Monthly podcast production & management begins at $1,500 (AUD). For ongoing podcast production projects (say that ten times quickly), we require a six month minimum commitment.
In certain instances we may have the bandwidth to take on a smaller project, usually due to unexpected availability in our schedule or a worthy cause that we deeply believe in.
How long will it take?
Every project is different, however we follow the golden rule of prioritising quality over quantity. In simple terms, we always require an onboarding period at the beginning of the project. That gives us enough headroom to adequately plan out our strategic approach and to ensure we can sniff out efficiencies that may help us (both) expedite any project requirements.
TLDR: We’ll get it done as quickly as we can, without compromising quality.
Are your contract terms flexible?
To a degree. We have plasticity around contract length, deliverables and payment schedules – all of which we take on a case by case basis. And look, sometimes life happens!
Each contract does include standard provisions that ensure both our interests are protected and that we get the most out of our time together.
Wait, you don't use 'AI'?
That’s right. We’re technologists who prefer not to outsource our cognition, devalue human labour, profit from other’s (stolen) IP or contribute to Big Tech’s worsening impact on the environment and global financial markets via an overhyped technology.
Simply put, we prefer to use Organic Intelligence™ – that means unique, handcrafted solutions. No templates or copy-paste jobs either.
And if we collaborate together on a project, we ask that you do the same (at least for the duration of our work).
TLDR: We’re humans, who make things for other humans (no synthetic intelligence required).
